How It All Began...

Bounce Plan Adventures

Bounce Plan founder, Tressa Sanders, spent over 20 years working in the IT industry before deciding to leave it all behind for a life of travel and adventure. Her journey began aboard a cargo ship from Florida to South America in 2016 and she has never looked back.

Prior to launching Bounce Plan, Inc., Tressa worked in the Information Technology industry and had done so for over 20 years. She has worked in the IT departments of some of the largest companies in the United States such as JP Morgan Chase, Hewlett Packard, Raymond James Financial, Bank of America, IBM, AT&T Wireless and Sprint.

Before leaving the shores of her home country, Tressa taught herself Ruby on Rails and set out to create a platform that would help her organize and manage her permanent move overseas. She has been improving and setting new goals for the platform ever since. Now, just three years after the launch, Bounce Plan has become a invaluable tool and resource for people wanting to leave the rat race and live a life of full-time adventure travel.

Tressa continues to build an active community of supportive adventure travelers, nomads, expats, expedition leaders and teams; all on a quest to "live their best life".

The site currently features the same organizing tools Tressa used to take her life to the next level with the addition of informative articles on making a move overseas, income ideas to fund the lifestyle as well as travel tips and stories.

The best advice I've ever gotten was from a friend who told me that if I didn't find a way to do what I've been gifted to do, then I would not live the life I had dreamed of living. It was so true. I was wasting my time at corporate jobs. I had to find a way to escape that career path and find a life path instead.
